We stayed at Casa Marfisa for a little over three months, and our experience was great! The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable mid/long-term stay. We literally turned up with our suitcases with personal belongings and didn't need anything else. The location is fantastic, right in the centre of Mitte Berlin, surrounded by great restaurant and stores. Marfisa was always reachable for any assistance that we needed, so thank you very much for hosting us so fantastically!

The location, the apartment, everything was great. I had an amazing true Airbnb experience at Marfisa's place. Everything was as described in the listing and even better! Marfisa is a wonderful, thoughtful and caring host and a great person to talk to.

Wir haben zwei Monate in der Casa Marfisa gewohnt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch die Gegend lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung erreicht man bequem per Fahrstuhl, von Waschmaschine über Trockner hin zu einer kompletten Küchenausstattung und WLAN ist alles vorhanden. Neben dem Park gibt es im der Gegend zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants, Spielplätze und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nicht zu vergessen, sind wir von der Gastgeberin sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen worden und super betreut worden. Vielen Dank für alles!

I thoroughly enjoyed my month-long stay at Casa Marfisa, which greatly exceeded my very high expectations. This was mainly due to Marfisa who is an excellent host and was perhaps the most welcoming, warm, generous, and kind host I have encountered to date. Upon receiving me, she took quite a bit of time to show me around the apartment and building and explain how all the appliances worked, describe the neighbourhood and its many amenities, and offer many suggestions on how to navigate around Berlin. Not only that but she had baked two cakes to welcome me to Berlin (a delicious poppy cheesecake and an equally delicious apricot strudel) as well as providing me with plenty of mineral water upon my arrival. What was even more astonishing was her taking me out dinner the first week-end of my stay and a wonderful brunch on the morning of my departure. The fourth-floor apartment itself was first-rate and a very good value: very clean, well-organized with modern furnishings and appliances, and easily accessible by elevator. The neighborhhood, in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg just off Kastanienallee, cannot be beat, right next to a large park and with many wonderful restaurants, watering holes, shops, public transport connections, and grocery stores within very easy walking distance. All in all, an excellent host, an excellent apartment and an excellent setting which all contributed to make my Berlin stay truly memorable!

Mieszkanie jest bardzo przestronne i ma wszystko, czego potrzeba, aby mieć wspamiały pobyt i poczuć się jak w domu. Okolica jest piękna z dużą ilością kawiarni i restauracji, jak również jest blisko do stacji U-Bahn i przystanku tramwajowego. Pobyt uważam za udany i chciałbym wrócić tam ponownie.

The flat is really spacious and has everything you need to have a great staying and feel like a home. The neighbourhood is beautiful with a lots of cafes and restaurants as well as it is near to the U-Bahn station and tram stop. I really enjoyed the staying and I would come back again there.

Casa Marfisa is a beautiful apartment conveniently located on the edge of Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg. There a plenty of fun bars and restaurants nearby in addition to being right next to Weinbergspark, a very pretty park that has a pond with lily pads. It is also a 2 minute walk from the U8 station, so getting anywhere in Berlin is very easy.

The apartment itself has everything a person would need including a complete kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a TV. Marfisa herself is a very nice person who looks after her tenants and helped us get settled when we first moved to Berlin. Overall, the apartment is very comfortable, and I'm confident anybody staying at Casa Marfisa will be happy with their stay :-)

Chi mi conosce lo sa: sono una persona difficile ed è raro sentirmi entusiasta di qualcosa o qualcuno. Ma questa volta è proprio il caso di dirlo: viva Casa Marfisa! Appartamento centralissimo, ottimamente collegato sia con gli aereoporti e la stazione che con le principali attrazioni della città, Casa Marfisa è il rifugio ideale per scoprire il centro pulsante della Germania. Berlino, capitale civile, misurata e funzionale, ben si specchia in questo gioiello di casa che, con geometrie eleganti e comfort qualitativamente ineccepibili, sprona a vivere il soggiorno con animo aperto, corpo riposato e umore allegro. La padrona di casa non solo accoglie con piacere sincero, ma segue i suoi ospiti durante la permanenza, regalando ottimi consigli e la rassicurante certezza di sapere sempre a chi rivolgersi per qualsiasi evenienza. Adatta a soggiorni brevi così come a permanenze più lunghe, accogliente, pulita, comoda e bella, Casa Marfisa resta nel cuore di chi la abita, imprimendosi quasi ad ossimoro nel ricordo del "turista" come qualcosa di intimo e personale.

From the very first moment it felt like home. Marfisa, the appartment owner, waited for us with plenty of tips. The place is big, the kitchen equipped to the smallest details. The cleaning level was also very good. The location was great, just two minutes walking from the metro and from nice bars and restuarants. Perfect!

Casa Marfisa è il fiore all'occhiello di una bellissima città. La casa è impeccabile. Carinissima, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per una perfetta e agiata permanenza. È posta in una posizione strategica. A due passi dal centro e da molti punti d'interesse della città raggiungibili con brevi e piacevoli passeggiate o, nei momenti di pigrizia, con due fermate di U-Bahn. Il quartiere è comunque tranquillo, ottimamente servito e a non più di 30 metri da uno dei bei parchi che puntualmente rinfrescano lo sguardo... e non solo, qui a Berlino. Non potete non fare una sosta al Caffè sotto casa... qui vi serviranno, probabilmente, il miglior caffè bevile in città. Per quanto riguarda la padrona di casa, Marfisa, il minimo che si possa dire è semplicemente gentilissima e disponibilissima! Se, in più, avrete la "fortuna" di partire con un aereo che abbia un'oretta di ritardo vi potrebbe attendere un ottimo ciambellone di consolazione deliziosamente preparato da lei. Che dire... se andate a Berlino non fatevi mancare Casa Marfisa!

La situation de l'appartement dans la ville: métro proche, centre ville facilement accessible et à proximité, supermarché dans le secteur. Le calme et les commodités: lave-linge, sèche linge, lave vaisselle, et il y a même un nécessaire de couture et des parapluies à disposition.

This is an absolutely wonderful apartment in a superb location! On entering it became apparent that it looks even better than in the photos. It is very bright, clean and cosy. Marfisa is a wonderful host and she communicated with us very well before, during and after the trip. Small touches made the flat feel very homely including big bath towels, a hair dryer and a great shower! Although we didn't use the kitchen much there was everything we needed, even a spice rack so you can buy the main ingredients and not worry too much. We'll definitely stay here on our next visit to Berlin.

Casa Marfisa is probably the best short term flat in which I've been. The location is great and the flat is really confortable. What make the big difference for me is that all the details were taken into account and the final result is that you feel like at home. On top of that, Marfisa is one of the sweetest persons I've met. I would definitely recomend it to any friend of mine.

Casa Marfisa è un appartamento bello, comodo e funzionale: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugatrice, tutto nuovo e pulito, letto comodissimo, lenzuola e asciugamani morbidi e profumati, finemente arredato e, soprattutto, situato nel cuore di Berlino, nella zona molto carina e tranquilla di Mitte, in cui si trova tutto ciò che serve: supermercato, farmacia, bar e locali caratteristici. Cucinare a Casa Marfisa è comodo e facile poiché è provvista di tutto: stoviglie, posate, piatti, tegami, padelle e coppe di tutte le misure e piccoli elettrodomestici quali bollitore, tostapane, forno a microonde, ecc. L'appartamento si trova a due passi dalla fermata della metro ed è molto vicino anche al Mauerpark (noi ci siamo andati a piedi!). La sensazione che si ha entrando a Casa Marfisa è quella di essere a casa propria! Marfisa, la proprietaria, è stata sempre molto cordiale, gentile e disponibile! Consigliamo a tutti questo appartamento. Voto: 10 e lode!

Durante i nostri 5 giorni di vacanza siamo stati veramente bene! L'appartamento era pulitissimo, nuovo e completo di tutti i comfort, asciugamani, coperte, shampoo, spezie, il tutto con un contorno di tanta simpatia e disponibilità da parte della proprietaria! Ottima per le famiglie perfetta per i piccoli gruppi di amici che vogliono godere la bellezza di Berlino!

Het appartement zag er zee netjes uit. Het ontvangst was prima en de uitschrijving verliep ook goed. We hadden een dag geen warm water, ook hier werd voldoende aandacht aan besteed. We werden ontvangen met cake, en in de koelkast stonden stonden drankjes voor de eerste avond.

I would highly recommend Casa Marfisa. The apartment is in a great area of town with many shops and restaurants. The apartment is very functional and extremely clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. The apartment has a very good washing machine and clothes dryer making it very convenient and easy to do laundry during your stay. The owner is fabulous to work with and flexible and willing to ensure that you have a good stay. I can't say enough good about this apartment. It is a perfect 5 star in my book.

Complimenti! The apartment was beautiful, extremely clean and new, well facilitated, and well designed. I was particularly impressed with the furnishing and amenities. The kitchen was my favourite place of the apartment. Colourful cutlery and an abundance of cooking utensils. Definitely the type of kitchen I would want in my own home. And the bedroom was smartly divided into both a lounge and bedroom - with plenty of space to spare. This apartment definitely felt like a hotel with the added benefits of having a fully facilitated kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and space in the lounge to relax in full. It felt a little like moving into a brand new home that has already been fully furnished - very cosy indeed. Well done on the apartment - definitely would love to stay there again if I'm back in Berlin.
